Dr. Khaled Wahba is the author of more than 90 academic business publications and co-author of the book "How to Write Your MBA." He serves as an adjunct Associate Professor at several universities and business schools across Canada, the Netherlands, Romania, Peru, Colombia, Suriname, Kuwait, and Egypt.
With over 30 years of experience in research, management, and teaching, Dr. Wahba has developed deep expertise in data analysis, decision-making, quantitative research methods, systems thinking, and system dynamics. His goal is to share this extensive knowledge beyond academia—supporting corporate clients, business professionals, and individual scholars.
Dr. Wahba earned his BSc and MSc degrees in Systems and Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University in 1985 and 1989, respectively. He later received his PhD from Aachen University of Technology in Germany, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

Yasmeen is the Co-founder and CEO of HRD Global and Kuwait Maastricht Management School. She is also a faculty member at MCM Kuwait and Maastricht University (UM). With over 30 years of experience in both business and academia, Yasmeen has built a distinguished career in vocational education, the real estate industry, management consulting, and postgraduate business education. She has been a BSI-certified lead auditor since 1995.
She completed her MSc in Training and Human Resource Management at the University of Leicester, UK, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Language from Kuwait University. She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training from the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Yasmeen has received numerous awards for her achievements in both academics and sports.

Managing Partner at Track Capital and Archer Advisors, and CEO of EPIC Advisory, with over 28 years of experience in finance and investment. Dr. Ibrahim has served on the boards of multiple institutions including Misr Finance for Financial Services and Ma’ak for Microfinance. His expertise includes private equity, venture capital, and portfolio management, supported by international certifications from Imperial College – UK and the EIOD.
He is a financial advisor to IT industry firms under Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and sits on several incubator boards, including FEPS Business Incubator and Loop Trading. Dr. Ibrahim also mentors with Flat6Labs, Injaz, and Endeavour Egypt.
Academically, he is an adjunct faculty member at Maastricht School of Management, AUC, Nile University, and other leading institutions, teaching Finance and Investment across MBA and executive programs. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and postgraduate diplomas in capital markets and project evaluation.

Dr. Ehab Shalaby is a senior consultant, researcher, and lecturer specializing in economics, sustainability, and climate finance, with over 20 years of experience in policy advising, consulting, and academia. As the CEO of DCarbon Global, he has led transformative strategies in sustainable finance, ESG governance, and climate transition policies across multiple industries, including finance, telecom, energy, real estate, telecom, oil and gas and petrochemicals.
Dr. Shalaby earned his Ph.D. in Sustainable Development from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, in collaboration with the Free University of Berlin, Germany. His research has focused on sustainability-driven economic policies.

Adjunct Faculty and Consultant with Maastricht School of Management since 2000, including KMCM since 2015. Dr. Sharma has taught in over 24 countries and specializes in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, and Innovation. With more than 38 years of combined industry and academic experience, he is also involved in consultancy and training on CSR, ethical supply chains, and sustainable development. His expertise spans operations, international trade, and franchise development across emerging markets.

Senior Lecturer at Maastricht School of Management and Managing Consultant at Resource Productivity Consulting Services (RPCS), founded in 2000. Dr. Dingli has over 25 years of international experience in strategic planning, change management, human resource development, and productivity improvement. He has trained and consulted across 30 countries in both public and private sectors, delivering programs to more than 5,000 managers.
He is also Managing Partner of Eureka! Advisor, offering academic supervision and consulting for universities and business schools, and Director at Advenio e-Academy, specializing in e-learning solutions. His areas of expertise include Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Leadership, Supply Chain Management, and Operations. Dr. Dingli has extensive industry experience across manufacturing, services, and government institutions.

Dr. Mohammad Abdullah brings over 30 years of international experience across multiple sectors, including public institutions, non-profit organizations, and multinational companies in Denmark, the UK, France, and Kuwait. He has held senior roles in Sales, Project Management, Human Resources, and Business Development, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams, negotiating complex contracts, and delivering high-impact projects.
He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Westminster, an MBA from Imperial College London, and a PhD in Management from the University of Surrey. His unique combination of technical and managerial expertise adds a practical dimension to his teaching, with a focus on applied leadership, organizational development, and strategic HR practices.

Dr. Terry Kakeeto-Aelen is currently an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Maastricht School of Management (MSM). She has worked with MSM since February 2012. Her main duties involve teaching the Research Methods course, marketing-related courses and supervising research both at the Master and Doctoral level. She is also a member of the MSM Admissions Board and the MSM Examination Board.
Terry was born and raised in Uganda. She holds a Ph.D. from Tilburg University, The Netherlands, an MBA from University of Pune, India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University in Uganda. She is a Chartered Marketer and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), U.K. Previously, she worked as a lecturer in Makerere University Business School (MUBS), Uganda where she taught marketing, entrepreneurship and general management related subjects. She also did a great deal of consultancy work in the area of marketing.
Moreover, she was actively involved in training SME owner-managers and employees in Uganda and carrying out extension services in the areas of Marketing and General Business Management. Terry currently lives in The Netherlands. She is married to a Dutch man and together, they are blessed with a wonderful son. Her current research interests lie in the field of relationship marketing and consumer branding in SMEs with a special focus on the emerging/developing economies.

Combines practical consultancy expertise with academic depth in strategic transformation, digital innovation, and performance improvement. Experienced in teaching university students and executive professionals, with a strong record in curriculum development, assessment, and learner engagement. Known for delivering inclusive, outcome-focused learning environments and for building trust with students and stakeholders through clear communication, professionalism, and empathy.

Dr. Riham Moawad is a Human Resources Director and Leadership Consultant at Esri North Africa, and CEO of ABLE for Training and Consultation. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty and Examiner at Maastricht School of Management, and teaches at the American University in Cairo. With over 25 years of combined academic and professional experience, she has supported organizations across sectors including government, education, pharmaceuticals, IT, GIS, banking, oil and gas, and hospitality.
She holds an MBA, MPhil, and a Doctorate in Organizational Behaviour from Maastricht School of Management, where her doctoral research focused on leadership and its impact on staff retention and job satisfaction. Dr. Moawad has published several leadership-focused articles in The Effective Executive journal and co-authored a chapter in Cases on Sustainable HRM in the Middle East and Asia (IGI Global). Her dual expertise as an educator and practitioner adds strong applied value to her teaching and consulting work.

Dr. Geert Heling is a senior Management Consultant with extensive experience in training and consultancy. Heading his own company, Médoc MC, his projects focus on Performance Improvement, Management and Organizational Development, and Managing Change.
With an academic background in Cultural Psychology, he has always been intrigued by and practically engaged in International and Cross-Cultural Management. He combines his consultancy work with a position of Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Maastricht School of Management. Next to this, he also is Distinguished Professor of Practice at TIAS, the Business School of Tilburg University in The Netherlands. He holds the Chair of Organizational Behaviour, Culture and Change.
Geert Heling has travelled the world, consulting, lecturing, conducting workshops, and doing research in many different regions of the world.

Miriam Frijns studied Educational and Industrial Training Psychology at Tilburg University. She began her career as Program Manager and Trainer at Maastricht School of Management, where she worked with multicultural groups on leadership and management topics across countries such as Vietnam, Cuba, Ghana, Egypt, India, and China. She later joined Panoramix B.V., developing tailored ITSM sales training for Hewlett Packard and earning certifications in ITIL and EFQM assessment.
In 1998, she founded Training Advice Centre “Nihil Admiraria,” specializing in corporate management training using a consultative approach. Over the years, she has designed and delivered training and consultancy programs for global organizations including Xerox, Mercedes-Benz, ExxonMobil, Alcatel, and Roche Middle East. In 2008, she expanded her consultancy to the Middle East, co-founding Nihil Admiraria Middle East FZC in Dubai. With professional experience in more than 30 countries, Miriam brings deep expertise in cross-cultural management, leadership development, and organizational performance improvement.

Senior Director | Adjunct Faculty
Senior Director at the Innovation Hub – AUC, with 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and SME/startup development. Dr. Dalia has led international public funding initiatives that generated over $50 million in investments and created thousands of jobs across 700 enterprises. She served for five years at the Egyptian Cabinet of the Minister of International Cooperation, managing economic relations with European financing institutions, including the European Commission and EBRD.
She has extensive experience managing multicultural teams and has worked globally as a subject matter expert in SME support, access to finance, and corporate innovation. Dr. Dalia holds a DBA and MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and an MSc from Cairo University. She also lectures in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Management.

Dr. Crowley is an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University within Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands where she teaches courses on Research Methods and Entrepreneurship. Her research interests focus on Atypical Entrepreneurship. That is entrepreneurial activity which falls outside of what can be considered typical or stereotypical. To this end her research includes a study of women digital entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia and the impact of context on entrepreneurial behaviour in (post-) conflict zones such as Northen Ireland. Dr. Crowley has significant international research and teaching experience, working in Ireland, US, China, Belgium, Saudi Arabia and now the Netherlands.
